It has been such an amazing experience working with Joey for our first home purchase. At our very first contact, she immediately reached out and took the time to listen to our needs, the qualities we were looking for in an agent, and the type of home we wanted to buy. She came to our first in-person meeting prepared with helpful material and patiently walked us through what the home-buying process would be like. Our timeline took much longer than expected due to the challenging real estate market, but Joey has been so amazingly patient with us the entire time. She was consistently meticulous, organized, and communicative during the entire time. We cannot stress enough how communicative Joey was during the whole process -- she would let us know what to expect and when to expect them, continuously kept us updated through texts and emails, and always answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Over time, she gained a better understanding of what we were looking for in a house and the questions we would ask so that by the time we viewed the listings, she had all the answers to the questions we haven't even asked yet! We were amazed by how well-prepared she was each time we met with her and we absolutely loved working with someone who was so professional and great at her job. We truly feel that her communication, professionalism, and attention to detail was integral in us being able to purchase a home in this challenging market. Lastly, she was just so friendly and easy to talk to, and her wonderful personality allowed us to feel comfortable in asking the numerous questions we had.
